退款政策 · Refund policy

怎么申请

• 用购买时登录的邮箱写信到 support@hanviet.link。不用说明原因。
• 想不起是哪一笔？把 Stripe 发给你的收据转给我们，或者告诉我们付款日期和方式就行。
• 我们会在两个工作日内处理，并回信确认。

钱退到哪里

原路退回：用支付宝付的退回支付宝，用银行卡付的退回那张卡。到账时间取决于支付宝或发卡银行，通常几分钟到十几个工作日。

退款之后

这次购买解锁的课程会重新锁上，你回到免费部分。学习进度、生词本和连续记录都保留。

30 天之后

完整版是一次买断，超过 30 天一般不再退款。如果是我们的问题导致完整版没法正常使用，随时写信给我们，我们会修好或者退款。

试用期

7 天试用不需要付款、不需要绑卡，所以没有什么需要退。试用到期后不会自动扣款。

谁来退款

由我们退：汉越桥网页版的销售方是新西兰公司 Bravo Consulting Limited，我们通过 Stripe 把钱退回你原来的付款方式。iPhone App 里的内购由 Apple 收款，那部分退款请向 Apple 申请。

你的法定权利

这里的任何内容都不影响你按所在国家或地区的消费者保护法律享有的权利。

How to ask

• Email support@hanviet.link from the address you signed in with when you bought. No reason needed.
• Not sure which payment it was? Forward the receipt Stripe emailed you, or tell us the date and how you paid.
• We handle it within two working days and reply to confirm.

Where the money goes

Back to the way you paid: Alipay payments go back to Alipay, card payments go back to that card. How long it takes to appear depends on Alipay or your card issuer, usually from a few minutes to a couple of weeks.

After a refund

The lessons that purchase unlocked are locked again and you return to the free side. Your progress, word list and streak are kept.

After 30 days

The full version is a one-time purchase, so after 30 days it is generally not refunded. If something on our side stops the full version from working, write to us at any time and we will fix it or refund you.

The trial

The 7-day trial needs no payment and no card, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing is charged when it ends.

Who issues the refund

We do. The Cầu Hán Việt web app is sold by Bravo Consulting Limited, a New Zealand company, and we refund through Stripe to your original payment method. In-app purchases in the iPhone app are charged by Apple; ask Apple for those refunds.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
